Shipping policy

We strive to fill all orders as quickly as possible. Order fulfilled by PinTiki usually ship in 1-2 days unless you see a notice that we are out of town and then we post the next fulfillment date on our website so you know before ordering.

Custom orders (shirts, lamps, etc) may take longer to fulfill because the order needs to be printed or created once it is ordered. We try to post expected shipping times on each cust item's webpage. These times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances in production and supply chain. We make sure everything is shipped ASAP.
