Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions...

If a pin is SOLD OUT, will there be more produced?
All our pins are limited editions. Once they are sold out no more will be produced. Occasionally we produce only part of the full run of pins and the item will be temporarily sold out as the rest of the run is being produced. This will be clearly marked on the order page. If it says SOLD OUT that means the pin is completely sold out.

Do you accept returns on limited edition pins?
As a policy we do not, however we do accept returns on damaged or defective pins. If you are not happy with your pin, please let us know and we will do what we can to make make it right for you. We love our customers.

How do you print your shirts?
Our t-shirts are printed on demand using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Our Aloha shirts are printed using sublimation printing where the dyes are absorbed by the material (or fabric), creating a seamless, smooth finish.

Are shirts printed on-demand?
Yes, our shirts a custom printed to order. We offer replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery for damaged products or manufacturing errors only. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. So please make sure you select the correct size, color etc. before you order.

Will all my items ship together?
We ship our pins, stickers and some other items from our office in Long Beach, CA. Shirts, lamps and other custom produced items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. So, you may receive your items in more than one shipment.
